Raw Vegan Orange and Red Cabbage Asian Salad

Serves 1- 360 Calories



INGREDIENTS:

2 handfuls finely sliced red cabbage

1 handful finely sliced cucumber

1 handful finely sliced spring onion

1 handful finely sliced red pepper

8 orange segments

1tbsp fresh coriander

1 tbsp rehydrated wakame seaweed

1 tbsp Sushi ginger

1 tbsp cashew nuts

1 handful fresh rocket

1 tsp malt vinegar

1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce1 tsp toasted sesame oil

½ tsp mustard or wasabi

Wedge of lime​

METHOD:

Mix all the salad ingredients together.

Serve with juice of lime.
