Superfood Raw Vegan Kale and Avocado Salad

Makes 2 - 350 Calories Per Serving



INGREDIENTS:


100g organic kale

½ tsp good quality salt

½ tsp minced or ground garlic

1 dessert spoon tahini paste

Juice of half a lemon

2 tbsp water

1 Avocado

1Tbsp Sesame seeds or sunflower seeds


METHOD:


Mix salt, lemon juice, water and tahini paste . Pour over kale and mix thoroughly.


Serve with avocado sliced oo and sprinkle over with sesame seeds or sunflower seeds.


Serve.
