"Unreal" Vegan Beef Burger
500 Calories Serves 4
10 Linda MCartynes Vegan Sausages
1 Medium Cooked Beetroot
1 Small Red onion
2 TSP Marmite
1 TBSP Tomato Ketchup
Pinch Black Pepper
4 Large Wholemeal Burger Buns
Salad and Sauces of your choice. I love BBQ and Sauce, onions and lettuce
Defrost the sausages and mash with a fork until its minced.
In a powerful blender put in the beet, onion, marmite, ketchup and pepper and blend until smooth.
Mix the blended ingredients with the sausages with a large spoon. Place in fridge to cool for 30 minutes. Once chilled mould into 4 patties.
Fry on a medium heat for 4-5 minutes each side.
Slice and Toast the bun and serve whichever way you like. Just make sure you fill it big with loads of salad. These are also great served with sweet potato wedges.
