INGREDIENTS:
400g Cauliflower cut into handful sized pieces
1 tsp chilli flakes
1tsp ground garlic powder
2 tsp olive oil
1tsp liquid smoke
2 pinches of salt
1 tsp cajun spices
3 tsp tomato ketchup
60g chickpea flour
80ml water
METHOD:
Mix everything except the cauliflower together into a thick batter.
Then dip each cauliflower head into the batter holing it from the stem. Place on a greaseproof oven tray. And Bake for 40 minutes at 200c.
