Vegan Chocolate and Coconut Porridge Recipe

Serves 1 - 500 Calories


INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Porridge Oats

2 Cups Water

50ml Coconut Milk

50g Chopped Dates

2 Tsp Stevia Sweetener

1Tsp Coco Powder

12 Raspberries

Method:

Mix everything except the berries in one bowl and place in the microwave for 4 minutes.

Stir and scatter the berries over and serve.
