Makes 1 - 450 Calories
INGREDIENTS:
1 palm sized piece of Iceberg lettuce 1 handful fresh rocket 1 stick of celery 1 tbsp finely sliced red onion 8 black grapes ½ apple finely sliced 8 pecans or walnuts ½ tsp vegan chicken stock 1 dessert spoon of vegan salad cream
METHOD: Finely slice Iceberg, celery, grapes and apple and add chopped onion and mix in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve.
