Amazing Vegan Burrito & Guacamole Recipe

450 Calories - Recipe Makes 1



GUACAMOLE INGREDIENTS:

2 Ripe Large Avocados

3 TBSP lime juice

1/2 tsp salt

Pinch of Pepper

Pinch of dried chilli

1 Handful Corriander

1 Large Tomato Finely Chopped

1/2 Medium Red Onion Finely Chopped

Place all of the ingredients except the onion and tomato in a blender and blend until smooth. Feel free to add water to make into a consistency that you prefer.

Stir in the onions and tomato. DONE

BURRITO INGREDIENTS:

1 Large Wholemeal Tortilla Wrap (Warm)

2 Large TBSP Vegan Chilli (Warm)

1 TBSP Slice Red Cabbage

1 Handful of Romain Lettuce

1 TBSP Tinned Refired Bean (Warm)

2 TBSP Guacamole

Method

Place everything in the wrap with 1-inch space free of ingredients Fold in 1/3 then fold over the sides and roll. Wrap in foil.

Enjoy.
