Luxurious Lentils with Baked Apples.

Makes 3 - 450 Calories Per Serving



Ingredients:


List 1:


200g Green Lentils

600ml Water

1 Onion Chopped

1 TBSP Chopped Garlic

1 TSP Marmite/Dark Yeast

1/2 TSP Dried Rosemary

1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar

2 Sweeteners/Stevia

List 2:

2 Small cooking Apples cored and quartered

1 TBSP Fresh Oregano

1 tsp vegan gravy granules


Method:


In a pan place everything from list 1 in. Pit a lid on and simmer for 1 hour.

Bake the apples on a tray lined with greaseproof paper and place in a oven at 200c for 15 minutes.


Once the lentil mix is cook for one hour take the lid off and mix in the gravy granules to thinken. If you would like it thicker then add more.


Serve with greens of your choice.

So simple and tasty. Enjoy.
