Mango and Coconut Ice Cream With Pomegranate.

Makes 2. 360 Calories


INGREDIENTS:


3/4 cup coconut milk

1 tbsp coconut cream

1 tsp Date syrup

1 tbsp pomegranate seeds

1 cup frozen ripe mango

1/2 cup frozen coconut


METHOD:


Place everything bar the seeds in a blender and blitz until smooth.

Scoop into a bowl and sprinkle over the seeds.
