Vegan Weight Loss Stuffed Mushrooms with Spinach

350 Calories Per Serving. Makes 1



INGREDIENTS:


2 Large Flat Mushrooms

1 Cup of Spinach Cooked.

1 tsp mixed herbs

2 pinches of white pepper

1 Tsp crushed garlic

1 Tbsp of Vegan Salad Cream

1 Tbsp Inactive Yeast

2 Pinches of salt


METHOD:


In a bowl mix together all the ingredients except the mushrooms.


Once mixed stuff the Mushrooms with the spinach mix.


Place on a baking tray and place in a 200c oven for 20 minutes.


Serve with a finely sliced red cabbage and balsamic vinegar.
