INGREDIENTS:

1 TBSP Fresh Chopped Orange Segments

1 TBSP Cucumber Chopped

2 TSP Reduced Fat Hummus

1 TBSP Giant Wholewheat Couscous cooked

1 TSP Morrocan Spices

1 TBSP Pomegranate Seeds

Method:

Mix everything apart from the seeds thoroughly.

Use a 2-3 inch pipe ring on a plate. Place the mix in the pipe ring and push down and flatten.

Place over the seeds and then lift the ring up.

Serve.
