Scrambled Tofu Cooked Breakfast.

Serves 1. 295 Calories



Ingredients:

175g tofu

5 asparagus

2 tomatoes

1 mushroom

Pinch white pepper

Pinch salt

1 tsp coconut oil

1 tsp mixed herbs

1 tbsp inactive yeast extract

Directions:

Cut tomatoes in half and sprinkle herbs over them, place mushroom on top of asparagus

Put under hot grill for 10 mins.


Mash down tofu with salt, pepper, coconut oil and inactive yeast- place on a high heat and fry for 5 mins.


Serve
