Tangy herb, bulgar wheat and red lentil vegan salad

Makes 1 - 390 Calories Per Serving.



INGREDIENTS:


1 cup cooked red lentils and

1 Cup cooked bulgar wheat

1 handful of rocket

1 handful halved cherry tomatoes

1 handful finely chopped red onion

1 ripe avocado, roughly chopped

1 tbsp tarragon

1 tbsp fresh dill

1 tsp Massel vegan chicken stock

1 tsp vegan salad cream

Black pepper

Water


METHOD:

Place all salad ingredients in a bowl.

Mix salad cream with 1 tbsp water.

Pour salad cream dressing over salad and mix together.

Place in bowl and serve.
