For over a decade I have been a personal trainer in Sevenoaks and Borough Green. My story into exercise isn't the same as other "generic PT's. In short, like you, I've disliked exercise and healthy eating most of my life. However, I hit rock bottom in 2009 and exercise saved me. In 2010 I qualified as a personal trainer in Sevenoaks. Since then I've been transforming peoples lives throughout my home town of Sevenoaks. During this time I have been on a pursuit of ultimate health and happiness. In which I have discovered the powerful benefits of a plant-based diet and mindfulness. With these new additions to my ongoing personal training toolbox, in 2017 I qualified as a Mindfulness and Life Coach, and a Vegan Nutrition Consultant.
With my high personal training experience, knowledge as a former professional chef, mindfulness and vegan nutrition coach, I will be the last health and fitness professional you will need to help achieve your goals.

Along with my expert health and fitness knowledge, I also bring the gym to the comfort of your own home. No longer will you have to feel intimidated in a pretentious gym. With me knocking on your door reliably and punctually you will no longer have to deal with the traffic, parking or even motivation to get to the gym. The barriers of your past failures will be eliminated. Meaning you have more precious time to do the things you love, and ultimately succeed in your goals.
I take a firm but fair approach with a helpful sprinkling of humour. If I see you succeed I will always acknowledge that, and if I see you fail I will give you solutions to get you back up on the path to success. In my eyes, everyone is able to be helped as long as you're willing to help yourself.
You will have your own set goals. With my help, it's possible to make them come true. However, my goal for you is to see you become the happiest and best version of yourself possible. Mentally, physically and nutritionally.
The training you will receive from me is completely bespoke to your goals. However, I will quickly identify your strengths and weaknesses. With this analysis, I can design an in-person and online training program for you. My philosophy is that you're only as strong as your weakest link. So if I see your cardio, strength, flexibility or mobility is lagging then this becomes a priority in the early stages of training. No ifs no buts. By doing this you will see longer-lasting and safer results with less likelihood of injury in the future.
Your mindset will play the most important role in your success. With a strong mind, you can achieve anything. That's why back in 2017 I qualified as a Mindfulness Coach. I'm a massive believer in training your brain just as much as your body. Being happy, healthy and fit is simple, but it's not easy. If it were everyone would look incredible and there would be no such thing as depression. That's why you need my expert help.
Finally. Food. Back in my late teens and early twenties I spent nearly 10 years training and working as a professional chef in some of the best hotels and restaurants. This incredible, however tough stage of my life has given me the skills to design and create stunning vegan weight loss recipes. With these great recipes, you're able to enjoy and thrive throughout your journey with me. No more boring and bland plates of food. All of the above sounds incredible, and if you implement my guidance and knowledge you will be astounded with your long term transformation. However, in the beginning, the journey ahead can become very daunting. To help you during your journey with me I have developed an online personal training app which is personalised to you. The app contains bespoke workouts, recipes and diet plans. Other trainers charge over £100 per month for this level of service. However, when you train weekly one on one with me you will receive this for FREE.
