Now, I've got the absolute easiest tip for you to follow when it comes to being healthy and losing weight, and that is out of sight, out of mind. Now, what do I mean by this? It simply means if you're weakness is chocolate, don't buy chocolate. If your weakness is crisps, don't buy or have them in the house, crisps. It's that simple. It really is. If you're anything like me and you're lazy, I don't want to be getting up to go simply to the shops to get some crisps or chocolate. I'm lazy. I'll reach for whatever is right in front of me. So if that's grapes, I'll have grapes. If it's nuts and seeds, I'll have nuts and seeds. Controlled your environment as much as you can. If you don't, you're going to fail. If you do and you plan ahead, you're going to succeed anyway, guys, I'm going to leave you with that. Over and out.
